The Brilliant Honeycombs was built from firsthand experience serving early childhood education providers and seeing the need for stronger business support, leadership development, and sustainable community growth.
Building the system providers deserved.
Founded by Latoya Brown-Clayton in Hartford, Connecticut, The Brilliant Honeycombs emerged from years of direct work alongside early childhood education providers.
She recognized that many providers were exceptional caregivers but were expected to operate successful businesses without the financial tools, business knowledge, operational systems, or professional network needed to thrive.
Instead of asking providers to figure everything out alone, she built an organization designed to equip them with practical education, business coaching, workforce development opportunities, and a supportive community.
The Brilliant Honeycombs exists to encourage courage, build capacity, and grow stronger communities through sustainable entrepreneurship and workforce development.
